Description All yoga classes encompass breath work, postures, meditation and relaxation. Come unify mind, body & spirit. When we are connected to our center, we are a temple of infinite possibilities. Mixed level - beginners always welcome! All classes are 1.25 to 1.5 hours in duration. The studio has everything you need including mats, blocks, straps, eye pillows and blankets. Eat lightly approximately 1.5 - 2 hours before practicing. Dress comfortably in natural fabrics and bring water.
6 classes for $72.00 or $16.00 per class. *All classes must be used within 90 days.
